"Not guilty does not mean innocent!"
Exclusive: Juror No. 3 Speaks out
Casey Anthony juror Jennifer Ford has "no idea" if Casey Anthony killed Caylee.
Footnote: It is unlikely this would happen in Canada where jurors are not allowed to go public after a decision in a trial has been rendered presumably so as not to taint a possible appeal. We're unaware of anyone who has been charged here. Our guess is the penalty would likely be contempt of court which could carry a fine and/or jail time.
Question. Once all avenues of appeal have been exhausted why can't jurors go public in Canada? Anyone know?
