So I was out last night with my niece and daughter. We went to the carnival and had lost of fun. I saw this young lady with this gorgeous Hat-tini (I'll call it) I love anything that sparkles of course. I forgot to ask to take a picture but she did tell me the designer name. So now I'm on a hunt to buy or make one for myself. The above pic is not the exact one, but you get a glimpse of what I saw.
