Think Yourself Thin using Visualization
So I was watching Dr. Oz and they were talking about vizualization to lose weight. Basically you take 2-4 minutes before eating and visualize yourself eating and being satisfied by the food it tells your brain your satisfied so when you actually eat, you can barely eat alot.-Kitty
