Our candidate for Anderson Cooper's Ridiculist!

Good Day Folks:

The Public Eye (Truth To Power - www.accesstoinfo.blogspot.com; vicpopuli1@gmail.com) has posted another interesting article.

As you read on, keep in mind Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
First elected (1992) "Sheriff of Maricopa County his responsibilities include management of the jail, courtroom security, prisoner transport, service of warrants, as well as, service of process. In short, someone with whom to be reckoned.

But it just gets better. "Sheriff Joe" likes to promote himself as, "America's toughest sheriff" well-known for his outspoken position against illegal immigration. Currently he's the subject of an FBI, US Department of Justice, as well as, a Federal Grand Jury investigation for civil rights violations , abuse of power and a defendant in a federal class-action suit for racial profiling. His controversial, agressive approach has manifasted itself as retaliation against political enemies, an abuse of power, civil rights violations not to mention financial mismanagement.

Now we ask State of Arizona House of Pepresentatives:

Majority Leader Chester Crandell
Representative Brenda Barton
" Kate Brophy McGee
" Jeff Dial
" John Fillmore
" Peggy Judd

"Do you really think it a good idea to require federal agencies doing business in your state to register with the county sheriff?"

We're sending a copy of this posting to Anderson Cooper recommending he add it to his Riciculist.

Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk
