A  short Bio: 21 year old pre-dental student and aspiring DJ. I have had  my locs for 16 years since I was 5. Liberation and self expression are  the self rules I live by and that makes me content. I take pride in who I  am as a person and my background. My Style is a hybrid between a free  hippie and a fierce drag queen. My hair a source of strength, the mouth piece of my self expression and my child. I say my child because I nurture it with nothing but love. Hey what can I say I love my locs.

KS:  What is your hair care regime what products do you use and how often do you wash, retwist?
Isimot:
I love Cantu products they leave my locs feeling soft and smelling wonderful.

I condition my locs once a week with Cantu Shea Butter grow strong strengthening treatment. Its only 4.99 at local hair supply shops.

I wash my locs twice a month and re-twist my whole head once a month and the front of my hair every two weeks. I re-twist my locs with Cantu brand Shea Butter. It smells great and it does not leave build up. I try to stay away from the gels because causes much buildup and dries my locs out.

I moisturize my locs daily witt Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil mourishing Sheen Spray.

Shea Butter is basically my best fried as well as Olive Oil. Keeping my locs moist, shiny and well conditioned is very important to me.

And i use pipe cleaners to curl my locs it gives them a tighter curl :)
